In my IT role, I support over 50 employees with tasks such as configuring desktops, changing passwords, and maintaining by processing 20% of all tickets and developing scripts in Powershell and SQL to improve IT workflow and present information in a simple and digestible manner. I also assist in maintaining the current systems and upgrading to newer and better technology. I am constantly learning new things and expanding my knowledge in the field.

As a tutor, I would provide instruction and aid to students taking EGR222 - Software Engineering. Catering to each student's needs, I would use visual and verbal aids in person and online to ensure they comprehend the material rather than just getting correct answers. Sessions would be open for anyone to come and get help as they requested it, allowing me to help multiple students at a time.

Studying at California Baptist University has allowed me to interact and collaborate with other students, including those with distinct majors. Here, I learned the basic skills required in the field of computer science to ensure a successfull career.

Being a leader in the ACM chapter at my university, I would organize meetings to prepare for competitions and engage students to be active within the club. My primary focus was the Collegiate Cyber Defence Competiton, where students are required to secure a fictitous environment from vulnerabilities and incoming attacks. During our first year, we placed 20th overall.

Organized games for Vacation Bible School at a local church to engage kids and reinforce the lessons learned. I oversaw the planning and execution of these games, leading a group of three to five volunteers.

Coordinated practices for six to seven year olds to learn the fundamentals of the game in engaging training excercises. I also communicated with the parents about expectations and important dates.
